Depending on how you use OfficeAdmin, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and authentication information.
- Business data that you or other authorized users enter into OfficeAdmin, including contacts, projects, estimates, invoices, financial records, documents, time records, and related information.
- Usage and device information, such as pages and features used, device and browser information, IP address, logs, and diagnostic events.
- Subscription payment information processed by Stripe. OfficeAdmin does not receive your full card number.
- Connected-service information when you choose to link services such as Stripe or a banking provider.
- Communications you send through support, email, or in-app feedback channels.
How We Use Information

- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve OfficeAdmin.
- Authenticate users and enforce organization access controls.
- Process subscriptions and requested payment workflows.

Your Organization's Business Data
Organizations control the business data they enter into OfficeAdmin. We process that data to provide the service, maintain backups, secure the platform, support authorized users, and perform other actions requested through OfficeAdmin.
Each organization is responsible for having the authority to enter and process personal information about its customers, employees, vendors, and other contacts.
Data Location and Transfers
OfficeAdmin is operated from the United States. Service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and backups, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and the organization's use of the service.
When an account or organization is deleted, some information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where required by law.

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Send requests to team@officeadmin.io. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If your information belongs to an OfficeAdmin customer organization, we may direct the request to that organization when it controls the data.
Children's Privacy
OfficeAdmin is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to OfficeAdmin without appropriate authorization, contact team@officeadmin.io.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data, including encrypted transport, access controls, tenant isolation, backups, and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy
